The inaugural Sisters Doggie Dash & Stroll was a hit in Sisters, Oregon, August 29, 2009.
The run & walk and "Canine Carnival" made for a fun morning for dogs and their humans who came from as far away as northern Washington. The event also raised awareness and funds for the Bend Spay & Neuter Project.
